What CANNOT be returned?
Any of our products that are imprinted, customized or special ordered are not returnable.
What CAN be returned?
Only No Charge items and any items that were shipped in error or damaged can be returned. There is a
Ten (10) day return limit from date of original delivery.
HOW do customers return items?
All returned items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This may be obtained from
our warehouse. Information supplied on our shipping labels & packing lists.
